Prior to leaving for the FSACOFP, President Nichols and I addressed the Board of Directors of the Maryland Association of Osteopathic Physicians (MAOP) to thank them for their teamwork to support osteopathic CME opportunities. The MAOP is partnering with the AOA to host this weekend's Regional Osteopathic Medical Education (ROME) conference in Cambridge, Md. Over 125 attendees are in the "Old Line State" at this collaborative event, with guests from as far away as California and more local states such as Pennsylvania and Virginia in attendance. MAOP's President-elect, Brian Kahan, DO, called this ROME meeting a "fire-starter" for their association and thanked the AOA for partnering with them to make it such a huge success.
